To register and use the jndy8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age requirement: At least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Natural person: Only individuals may register an account. Corporate entities or organisations are not permitted.
• One account only: Each individual is only allowed to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts with the intent of obtaining duplicate benefits is a serious violation.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. jndy8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time.
• Password: Players are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. jndy8 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the player's own negligence.

jndy8 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of players in Malaysia. All transactions are subject to the limits and policies set by the platform.

• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Identity verification: jndy8 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal to ensure account security and comply with relevant legal requirements.

Funds deposited into a jndy8 account may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. Transfers of funds between player accounts are not permitted.

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all players, jndy8 enforces the following conduct rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or use unauthorised techniques is strictly prohibited.
• Use of automated software: The use of bots, automated scripts or third-party software designed to play on behalf of a player is prohibited.
• Collusion: Cooperation between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in a game, particularly in live casino games, is a serious violation.
• Money laundering: jndy8 will not be used as a channel for any money laundering activity or illegal financing.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, is prohibited.

jndy8 values every loyal player through a VIP programme that provides weekly cashback based on membership tier. There are three VIP tiers at jndy8:

• Bronze: Entry tier with weekly cashback of up to 0.4% of total eligible bets.
• Silver: Mid tier for consistent players, with weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Highest tier for VIP players with weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Progress in the VIP programme depends on continued playing activity and compliance with the platform's Terms and Conditions. jndy8 reserves the right to review or change the VIP programme structure with appropriate notice to affected members.

Players have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the jndy8 customer service team. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be returned to the player once the required verification process is complete.

For players who feel they are experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling, jndy8 provides a self-exclusion option. Players may contact customer support 24/7 to request a temporary suspension or permanent closure of their account for responsible gambling reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jndy8 is incorporated and operates under its obtained international licence.

Should any dispute arise between a player and jndy8, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within a reasonable period. If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by the relevant licensing regulatory body.

jndy8 reserves the right to make final decisions on any disputes relating to gaming activity, interpretation of game rules, or technical matters involving the platform, subject to review by the relevant licensing body.
